The Seeds of Happiness Training course is thorough, interesting and thought-provoking. It provides insightful explanations about Positive Psychology principles and how they can be applied in school to support the teaching, learning and wellbeing of students. As both a Class Teacher and a Wellbeing and Mental Health Curriculum Leader, I cannot recommend this course enough. It is well-structured and its division into clear sections gives freedom of choice about how to complete it – in short, sharp sessions or longer ones, depending on your needs. Adrian’s explanations are clear, concise and easy to understand. Supporting videos, resources and quizzes are high quality and appealing to both teachers and students, as well as fully available to download for future use. Students in my school really enjoy the lessons and demonstrate strong understanding of the concepts within them. As there are six lessons, we teach one at the start of each half-term to our Year 4 students. This then becomes the theme of half-term, ensuring key ideas and principles are embedded before moving on to the next one. It is a fantastic course that provides outstanding resources that you, and your students, will use and refer to over and over again.
